it's all i have to bring today,
this, and my heart beside,
this, and my heart, and all the fields,
and all the meadows wide.

be sure you count, should i forget-
some one the sum could tell-
this, and my heart, and all the bees,
which in the clover dwell.

ellen jay~ A very Happy Valentines Day to you. Glad you like Emily.... she's one of my favorites! Hope all is working out well for you across the pond.
I'll be over to check soon.

saurkraut~ Happy Lupercalia Day to you too! I went on-line to read about the origins of the day, but should have waited for your blog. Wonderful post you did today!

I, too, am a great fan of Emily Dickinson, and own copies of all her writings as well. She's been a favorite of mine for over 30 years when I was first introduced to her in High School. We really do have a lot in common!

Lee Ann~ Happy Valentines Day to you too, sweetie!
I loved the pictures you displayed today. The heart is my favorite shape, and I have quite a collection of heart-shaped items.
